Serving a pizza in a restaurant

What sets our restaurants apart from the competition? For a start, it's the fresh ingredients we use to make the excellent food we serve. And to make sure our customers always enjoy high quality food, we provide a clear and detailed training plan for all of our team members. You'll have full pay throughout your training, as well as constant support from the dedicated Back of House training team.

As a Trainee Pizzaiolo you'll receive highly practical training from the moment you join us. You'll learn all about our menu, the ingredients we use, and how to make dough for example. We'll take you through the training plan step by step, which usually takes around 4-6 weeks.

Then, as a Pizzaiolo, you'll be invited to attend our internal courses at the Training Academy. Just some of the things you'll learn here are food safety, dough management and controlling kitchen costs.
