You will be given multi-site responsibility, where you will manage the commercial performance and development of your area, leading and co-ordinating your regional management team. You’ll need to have proven commercial skills and be an inspiring and organised leader who lives and breaths the restaurant business. Previous multi-site experience is what we prefer, but we are very successful at developing talented managers into multi-site regional managers, so if you think you have what it takes, let us know.
